one NIR and SWIR cameras primarily detect scattered item radiation and have to have external irradiation supplied by the sun.A lot of observed objects have temperatures under one hundred°C (212°F). Their respective item radiation is too weak being detected by NIR and SWIR sensors, but MWIR and LWIR cameras easily detect these signals.According to
